All aspects of your online ordering and/or purchase will be performed by or on behalf of Grupo Jimena Ysita S.A. de C.V., (referred to here as “We” or “JIMENA YSITA”).
 
Online purchases from this section of the Site may be made by residents of Mexico and the U.S.. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time.

+ Product Availability
“Jimena Ysita” products available for purchase online are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each client may make online purchases of up to four items per style, unless otherwise stated. + Pricing and Payment Options
While we try to ensure that all prices on our Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this Site passes to you upon delivery of the products, title passes once we have received payment in full for the products.
 
Prices displayed on the JIMENA YSITA site are quoted in U.S. dollars (English) and Mexican Pesos (Spanish). JIMENA YSITA accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.

+ Sales Tax
JIMENA YSITA charges local county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax in case of law change.

+ Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured by FedEx. All purchases are shipped via FedEx. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. JIMENA YSITA cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.


 
+ Checking order status
A shipping confirmation with the tracking information is e-mailed to you once your purchase has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our distribution center for the tracking information to appear in the FedEx tracking system.
 
Shipping your items on time is very important to us. for many items, we calculate estimated delivery dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An estimated delivery date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination.
 
When we can accurately calculate estimated delivery dates, we'll provide them to you during checkout, as well as in your order confirmation email and order history. Please note that estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, estimated delivery dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.

+ Return Policy for Online Purchases

JIMENA YSITA endeavors to give customer satisfaction. For JIMENA YSITA online purchases, we will accept merchandise that has not been used or damaged and with security tag in tact for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. We can process an exchange but unfortunately there are no returns or refunds.


For an exchange, full-priced merchandise must be returned within 15 days from date of delivery; however, on discounted items the sale is final. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Instructions:
1. Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).
2. Enclose the original packing list with the item. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
3. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if it does not comply with this policy.
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept c.o.d. deliveries.
5. For your protection, we recommend that you use ups or insured parcel post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

6. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
7. You can expect a response and an exchange within 30 days of receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
 
Upon receipt of merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt exchange and an e-mail notification will be sent once your order has been processed.
 
For all permitted returns Customer will be charged 25% of the invoice amount as a restocking fee.

+ Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to sales@jimenaysita.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website or contact a JIMENA YSITA online sales assistant.

*We recommend that you package the item securely and ship the product via insured mail as JIMENA. YSITA will not be responsible for problems with delivery or if damage occurs during shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.

The laws of Mexico govern the supply of products from this website, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
